I thought this was a place I could go to remind me of myself, but today I realised I am more easily defined by contrast.

"Under no circumstances will I ever purchase anything offered to me as the result of an unsolicited e-mail message. Nor will I forward chain letters, petitions, mass mailings, or virus warnings to large numbers of others. This is my contribution to the survival of the online community." --Roger Ebert

On Election Night, January 23, 2006, [David] Emerson was quoted as saying "I'm going to be Stephen Harper's worst enemy."
REALLY!

"The only way this will be resolved is if those who are responsible are turned over so they can be punished by Islamic law, so that they can be executed," Abu Ibraheem, a 26-year-old protester in the British march, told the Associated Press. "There are no apologies ... Those responsible would have to be killed."
Honestly, I don't think Muhammad would have approved.

Here's what we do:
There is a formation of the ANTI-PARTY. It runs 308 candidates of pure, heavily concentrated evil in the election.
The anti-party has their own platform: raises the voting age to 263, dismantling of all power plants and water treatment facilities and replace them with cancer factories, mandatory vasectomies and hysterectomies for all, outlaw immigration and emigration etc...
Of course, no one (or very few people) would vote for them... but that's the thing: you don't vote for the anti-party, you UN-vote them. Every vote not cast automatically goes to your local anti-party candidate, so unless you vote for someone else, you vote for the anti-party.
Good, yes?
I think so.

As a result of the blackout in my neighbourhood, and with nothing to do, no light, and no food, I simply went to bed at ~6:00pm and awoke at 1:30am. I have to leave for school in roughly two hours... I am finding this odd time-shift rather interesting.

Someone dropped a wad of cash on the street while I waited for the bus driver to let me on. I call out, but she did not hear me. I picked it up and returned it to her as she was walking away. As I ran back, the bus pulled away, even though I was standing by the door.
